Descriptive Statistics

This program calculates the mean, sum of squares, variance, standard deviation, and the five number summary - the minimum score, the 25th percentile, the median, the 75th percentile, and the maximum score. Up to 500 scores can be entered.

• Enter scores in the box below the label "data".
• Key "Enter" after each score.
• Click the "calculate" button to compute statistics.
• To edit a score, click on the score then enter the new value;
• click on "delete" to remove the score;
• click on "insert" to add a new score;
• click on "clear" to erase all scores.

To print the results, cut and paste to your word processor.
