Office of Career Services

Some students have a clear-cut idea of what they want to do after graduation. Others change their minds and majors one or more times. Others come to college undecided and uncertain about how to choose a major and a career. Assumption’s Office of Career Services is here to help all students. Our experienced, full-time staff members provide guidance, resources, and support as you explore academic and career options, set goals, and work towards post-graduation success.

Career services staff provide the following services:

  • Assessment of your strengths and interests
  • Portfolio development advice
  • Job / internship search strategies including resume and cover letter writing advice, mock interviews and video review
  • Professional development programs, e.g., “Business Protocol,” “Dress for Success” and “Dining Etiquette”
