For musicals, AC Upstage recently has put on phenomenally received renditions of Into the Woods (Spring 2008), Damn Yankees (Spring 2007), Chicago (Spring 2006), Grease (Spring 2005), and Footloose (Spring 2004). Recordings of all these are available through the AC Media Center.
For non-musicals, we’ve recently done A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Fall 2007), "Lend Me a Tenor" (Fall 2006), and "Crimes of the Heart" (Fall 2005).
We’ve also had a number of student-directed productions, including "The Big Game" (Fall 2007), written and directed by Jim Thibeault '10, as well as "Neighbors" (Spring 2006), adapted for the stage and directed by Eve Summer '07.
Beyond these, we’ve put on "Baby with the Bathwater" (Spring 2008), "Extremities" (Fall 2005), and "The Wool Gatherer (Fall 2004) all student directed.
