Worcester, MA---Assumption College's Department of Natural Science will be hosting a middle school Science Olympiad on Saturday, December 2, 2000, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Kennedy Science Building.
There will be events on biology, chemistry, engineering, metrics, and fitness held by members of the College community and the Science Olympiad organization. A team of students from Worcester East Middle School, with a coach from UMass Medical Center arranged through the Worcester Pipeline Collaborative, will be in attendance, along with the other schools who regularly participate in the Olympiad.
The event is free and open to the public.
