Assumption College Choir Presents Lessons and Carols

The Chapel Choir performs.

November, 2004—Assumption College's 65-voice Chapel Choir, directed by Jane Shivick, will present the college's annual Service of Lessons and Carols on Thursday, December 2, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. in the Chapel of the Holy Spirit.

Accompanied by Dr. Frank Corbin, pianist and organist; Peter Clemente, guitarist; and Elizabeth Metcalf, flutist; the Choir will sing familiar Christmas carols and anthems, including the Halleluia chorus from Handel's Messiah, while alternating with Scripture readings. Fr.Jerome Lively will preside over the event.
