For Alumni

Lifetime access for Graduate and CCE Alumni

As a graduate of one of Assumption’s graduate or CCE programs, you have lifetime access to resources and programs offered by the Office of Career Services.

Counseling
Personal counseling sessions to discuss career plans, resume and cover letter development, networking strategies, and interviewing techniques are available by appointment, and group counseling sessions covering more general job search issues are also offered. You will also find helpful links to career-related resources and information about self assessment, resume and cover letter development, networking, interviewing, and salary negotiation to the left.

Programs, Events, and Resources
Alumni are welcome to attend workshops, presentations, and other career-related programming that take place throughout the year. Please check our Events and News page for regularly updated information.

The Office of Career Services also houses a career resource center, where you will find articles covering various career and job search-related topics, as well as employer information.

Job List / Job Database
Weekly job lists are compiled and available on this site. In addition, alumni may also access College Central Network, Assumption’s career management database containing listings of job opportunities. Upon registering, you may search posted job listings and other employer information, as well as apply electronically for a position of interest.

Alumni Networking
The Assumption College Alumni Association frequently hosts alumni/student and alumni/alumni networking programs for alumni of all College programs. A networking database housing information for approximately 1,000 alumni willing to act as networking resources is available through Assumption College’s Alumni networking page at http://res.assumption.edu/alumni. Alumni also use the database to post employment or other opportunities at their organizations.

Partnering with Career Services
We appreciate assistance from alumni who are willing to aid students and other alumni in their quest for career information, and we look forward to facilitating the networking process. Future alumni participation in career panels, presentations, workshops, and information sessions will also be welcomed.

If you are an employer, please remember that Assumption Graduate and CCE programs are great sources for identifying talent for your organization.
