After placing, click on the photo and click on the "Edit Image" button that hovers on the top left of the photo. Click those and then resize to something appropriate. Generally, you just don't want giant photos.. 60% is usually good, but use your judgement. The photo should not encroach on the content and it should not be longer than the content on the page]
[Category: The category option on the right side of the Admin panel should be ticked off for the department that they are in. Tom Brady is in "Sample," but History prof's should be in "History." This will add them automatically to the global list.]
[Post tags: This should be simply the first letter of the faculty member's last name, capitalized. So, for Tom, it would just be "B" without quotes. This is how the alphabetical lists are put together]

[When finished: When all information has been added, click the "Publish" button on the right. If a Faculty profile has to be removed, the best way is to put it into "Draft" status which is in the same area of the Admin menu. This way, we can remove a faculty member without deleting them from the backend system]
