Waiver

The bench press competition will level the playing field by using the Wilk's Lifting Formula to score the competitors lifts. Wilk's takes into accout the weight and gender of each competitor to determine pound per pound strength. In the competition, each competitor will be allowed 3 lifts to produce their maximum weight; all lifts will be judged.
