Jaron Rider
Director of Recreation
Jaron joined Assumption College as the new Director of Recreation. Jaron came to Assumption College from Winthrop University where he served as the Program Director for Recreational Services and Facilities. He received his Masters of Education from Lynchburg College and his Bachelors from the University of Connecticut. He has over 15 years experience working in campus recreation in the areas of facility management, club sports, fitness, intramurals, and outdoor recreation.

Patrick Guerette
Assistant Director of Recreation / Intramurals and Sport Clubs
Patrick is entering his third year at Assumption College. He received his Masters of Education degree in the spring of 2007 from the University of Maine. During his graduate work he served as a Graduate Assistant in the Campus Recreation Department overseeing Sport Clubs and Intramurals. Patrick also received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maine in Kinesiology and Physical Education. He competed on the Cross-Country and Track team while pursuing his Bachelor of Science degree. Patrick holds certifications as a CPR/First Aid/AED Practicioner and Ice Hockey Official.

Becky Mastrototoro
Administrative Secretary
Becky joined the Recreation Department as the Administrative Assistant in November 2010. As a former Payroll and Accounts Payable Coordinator she brings organizational skills and customer service experience from her career at Sunbridge Hammond House. Becky resides in Jefferson with her husband, Leo, and three children , Noah, Bella, and Lilly. During her free time, Becky enjoys spending time outdoors, swimming ,canoeing or working in the yard.

Cheryl Cote
Aquatics Coordinator
A graduate of Assumption in 1994 with a degree in English & Psychology, Cheryl has served as the Aquatics Coordinator for the past nine years. She administers the Learn-To-Swim program while also training the lifeguard staff at the Plourde Recreation Center. She is a Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard Instructor, a supervisor at the State pool in Clinton, MA, and works as a full time teacher at North High School in Worcester.
