PHILOSOPHY
CLUB Fall 2007 Tuesdays at 8:30 p.m. in Charlie's
The Philosophy Club is a group of students
and faculty who meet to discuss topics of general philosophical interest
outside the classroom. Our meetings give students and faculty the
opportunity to pursue issues that have emerged in one or more courses
and thereby, to develop the habit of thinking rigorously together.
Students are given every opportunity to challenge professors and each
other by rational argument. The club is open to all students.
