Basic Shortcut Keys for Media Presentation

Users can manipulate QuickTime movie controller by using some keyboard shortcuts. The following keyboard shortcuts work with the standalone QuickTime player.

• Play & Stop: Press the <Space> bar.
• Step movie backward and forward: Use the Right and Left arrow keys.
• Change the audio volume: Use the Up and Down arrow keys.
• Audio-muted play: Hold down the <Control> or <Alt> key and click the play button.
