Assumption College Graduate Studies
Assumption offers five graduate programs for students looking to further their education. The graduate programs emphasize critical thinking and mastery of specialized subject matter.
Degree programs include:
- MBA with 7 concentrations available: accounting, finance and economics, human resources, international business, management, marketing, and nonprofit leadership
- MA in Counseling Psychology
- MA in Rehabilitation Counseling
- MA in School Counseling
- MA in Special Education
- Certificates of Graduate Studies (CAGS): business, counseling psychology, rehabilitation counseling, or school counseling
Assumption Center for Continuing and Career Education (CCE)
Assumption alumni and family members receive a discount on CCE educational offerings, while benefiting from career planning assistance, a values-based curriculum, superior academic quality, and flexible scheduling.
Programs include:
- Bachelor’s degrees in business administration, humanities, or social sciences
- Associate’s degrees in business administration, humanities, or social sciences
- 9 certificates in career fields like accounting, communications, criminal justice, human resources, paralegal, or management
- Non-credit professional workshops in such areas as medical coding and billing, human resources, or supply chain management
Worcester Institute for Senior Education (W.I.S.E.)
Assumption College is proud to sponsor the Worcester Institute for Senior Education (W.I.S.E.), a Learning in Retirement Institute open to senior citizens in Central Massachusetts who are interested in continuous learning. It is a member-run organization in which peer learning and active participation are key concepts. Members create their own educational programming and, through peer learning, share their experience and knowledge on topics of interest to them.
