Assumption
College is currently engaged in the most ambitious fund-raising effort
in its 100-year history. Fundraising for the campaign began in the fall
of 2000. During the Campaign's quiet phase, more than $14 million was
raised from trustees, friends and Worcester foundations. Announced publicly
on October 19, 2002, the campaign will conclude in 2006. Campaign priorities
include the construction of a new science center, the renovation of
existing academic buildings, endowing scholarships and supporting the
Annual Fund. A breakdown follows:
