The President's Council Committee met in
1999 to chart a course for the Council in preparation
for the new millennium and the College's 100th Anniversary
in 2004.
It was determined that membership in the President's Council
will include alumni, parents and friends who demonstrate a
willingness to invest in the future of Assumption College
on an ongoing basis. This commitment to support the College
annually as a member of the Council will provide the President
with the resources needed to ensure that Assumption remains
a highly-selective, liberal arts and sciences college that
will continue to attract talented students and a distinguished
faculty.
